Regarding rescheduling/refund for the

canceled due to Typhoon show in Nagano on Oct 13

As you know the show in Nagano scheduled for Oct 13 was canceled due to the devastating Typhoon.

For all those who cannot come to the rescheduled show, we offer a refund for the tickets bought for October 13th.

The refund method:
Please follow the procedures described in the link below.
You can get a refund only within the specified period of time, so proceed as soon as possible. 
Request refund now (100%), somewhen later (75%), before the deadline (50%)

If you have bought the tickets for the October Nagoya show, you can use them for the rescheduled gig as they are. 
Tickets will be checked at the entrance so please keep them safe until the show.       

As we have already scheduled the revenge gig, tickets on E+ ticket website are on sale.

※To get a refund, you will have to send back the tickets bought at e+.
Make sure your ticket hasn't been used and the check-stripe is not torn.
